Board of Supervisors Minutes

December 29, 2009

The Tama County Board of Supervisors met at 9:30 a.m., December 29,
2009. Present: 1st District Supervisor, Larry Vest; 2nd District
Supervisor, Kendall Jordan and 3rd District Supervisor, Dan Wilkens.

Motion by Jordan, seconded by Wilkens to approve the minutes of the
December 22nd, 2009, regular meeting. All voted aye. Motion carried.

The Board met with Lyle Brehm, Tama County Engineer to get a road
projects report.

Lyle Holtz was present to discuss a drainage problem he is having with
his property in Section 32 of Salt Creek Township.

The Board set their Organizational Meeting in January for Monday January
4, 2010 at 9:30 am.

Motion by Wilkens, seconded by Jordan to re-appoint Dr. Dennis Mallory
to the Board of Health. The term will run for 3 years beginning January
1, 2010. All voted aye. Motion carried.

Motion by Jordan, seconded by Wilkens to approve the claims for payment
as presented. All voted aye. Motion carried.

Chairman Vest adjourned the meeting at 11:00 a.m.
