Board of Supervisors Minutes

March 31, 2009

The Tama County Board of Supervisors met at 9:30 a.m., March 31, 2009.
Present: 1st District Supervisor, Larry Vest and 3rd District
Supervisor, Dan Wilkens. 2nd District Supervisor, Kendall Jordan was
absent.

Motion by Wilkens, seconded by Vest to approve the minutes of the March
24th, 2009, regular meeting. All voted aye. Motion carried.

The Board met with Lyle Brehm, Tama County Engineer to get a road
projects report.

The Board met with Lori Johnson and Elizabeth Ledvina from the IT
committee to get approval to sign the contract with Iowa Telecom for IT
services for Fiscal Year 2010. Motion by Wilkens, seconded by Vest to
approve the contract with Iowa Telecom for IT services for the 2010
Fiscal Year. All voted aye. Motion carried.

Motion by Wilkens, seconded by Vest to approve the claims for payment as
presented. All voted aye. Motion carried.

Chairman Vest adjourned the meeting at 10:15 a.m.
