Walk-Ins:
Although
walk-in immunizations are available 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through
Friday, we suggest you call (641) 484-4788 to be sure a Nurse is available.

What do I need to have
to make an appointment?
In order to make a first appointment
for a child, please have the child’s social security number as well as their
previous shot records. Follow-up appointments will be made, as needed, at the
end of your visit.
Is there a fee for the
service/program?
There is no fee for services but dontions are accepted.
