The
Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention and Control Program
v
Provides lead poisoning
screening to children ages six and under.
v
Provides medical and
environmental case management for children ages six and under who have been
identified with lead poisoning
v
Conduct follow-up
inspections of the children's homes
v
Regulates the removal
of lead from the home
Lead Screening Clinics locations
Clinics are held the in conjunction with Child Wellness Screening and
WIC/Immunization Clinics on:
First and Second Thursdays and the
Third Monday of each month - 8:30 – 3:30

Fees
The lead poisoning program
screening is FREE for children at high risk, up to six years old. If a funding source is available, we will
attempt to bill that source.
